This is a translation provided for convenience. The binding version of this policy is the Czech one; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech wording prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is the association UNIted Hradec Králové, z. s. (referred to as "UNIted HK" or "we").

Company ID: 21205469
Registered office: Svatojánská 685/8, Třebeš, 500 11 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic
E-mail: info@unitedhk.cz

2. What data we process

This website is informational and static. It has no registration or user accounts, runs no e-shop and does not actively collect personal data through forms.

We come into contact with personal data only in these cases:

  • E-mail communication – when you write to info@unitedhk.cz, we process the data you send us yourself (name, e-mail, the content of your message) in order to answer your query.
  • Technical operational data – when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access) in order to run and secure the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Handling communication – legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) / (b) GDPR).
  • Running and securing the website – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose (as a rule for the duration of the communication and a reasonable period afterwards).

4. Sharing with third parties and third-party services

We do not sell personal data. The website uses the following third-party services, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) under their own policies:

  • Vercel – website hosting (server logs).
  • Google (Analytics 4, Tag Manager) – traffic measurement; activated only with your consent (see Cookies below).
  • Microsoft (Clarity) – behaviour analysis: recording of movement across the page and click maps. Activated only with your consent (see Cookies below) and linked to Google Analytics so that the two can be compared.
  • Meta (Meta pixel) – ad measurement and remarketing; activated only with your consent (see Cookies below).
  • YouTube (Google) – playing the aftermovies. The video loads only after you click it, in "nocookie" mode.
  • Zonerama – photo thumbnails in the gallery are loaded from Zonerama servers.
  • Enigoo – tickets are sold on the external Enigoo website; data entered during a purchase is processed by its operator.

Fonts are hosted on our own domain, so loading them sends nothing anywhere.

Transfers outside the EU. Some of these providers are US companies (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Vercel) and may process data outside the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, which are part of the terms of these services.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We sort them into categories by purpose and analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you consent. Google Consent Mode makes sure that until consent is given, no such cookies are set and no data is sent.

  • Necessary – they make the basic operation of the site possible and remember your consent choice. They always run and need no consent.
  • AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (both through Google Tag Manager). Google Analytics measures traffic anonymously: how many people visited the site, where they came from and which pages they looked at. Microsoft Clarity records how you move around the page – scrolling, clicks and mouse movement – so that we can see what is hard to find on the site; text typed into fields is not recorded. For this, Clarity stores the cookies _clck and _clsk. Both run only with your consent.
  • MarketingMeta pixel. It measures the performance of our ads and enables remarketing on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). It runs only with your consent.

Cookies or similar technologies may also be set by other third-party services at the moment you interact with their content:

  • YouTube – only once you play an aftermovie ("nocookie" mode limits tracking).
  • Zonerama – when photo thumbnails from the gallery load.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through , or manage and delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right under the GDPR to:

  • access the data and have it corrected,
  • erasure ("the right to be forgotten") and restriction of processing,
  • object to the processing,
  • data portability.

Send your questions and requests to info@unitedhk.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
